OUR LATEST AND GREATEST

Gate One conducted a rapid diagnostic of a consumer goods company's marketing function, identifying key pain points and opportunities. This led to the creation of a discovery report and prioritised recommendations. The new operating model design aimed to reduce go-to-market timelines and better align the marketing team with business needs.or modern conveniences, with only 72 hours to complete the journey.
Recognising the entertainment value of the content series, HAVAS Red developed a PR strategy to amplify it across earned media, focusing on building awareness of Coors' heritage and its connection to "fresh" music.
We delivered 102 pieces of earned coverage and a 1.6% average organic in-feed engagement rate.

Gate One refreshed the product vision and strategy for a leading rewards club, aligning teams around a cohesive Vision Rewards Strategy, Platform Strategy, and Customer Persona. This enabled impactful product development and prioritised improvements. Leadership was equipped with an adoption strategy to ensure ongoing relevance and daily use of strategic documents.

Gate One led the end-to-end delivery of Whitbread's Opera Programme, re-platforming Premier Inn's technology stack to support growth. This included upskilling 35,000 staff, improving conversion rates, and enhancing guest experiences. The programme delivered significant commercial, operational, and customer benefits, ensuring long-term scalability and resilience.
